Job summary

Nautical Staffing is seeking a Production Manager to support the development and delivery of marketing materials and digital assets across multiple brands and property campaigns. The role emphasizes graphic design, signage, website updates, and email campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a creative, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can translate marketing requirements into polished, on-brand deliverables, manage multiple deadlines, and clearly communicate their role and contributions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing production, website design, or a related field.
• Experience supporting multiple brands, clients, properties, or marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Experience with Wix or similar website platforms is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare signage proofs, flyers, and other marketing materials for review and production.
• Develop graphic design assets for multiple brands, properties, and leasing campaigns.
• Create visual assets for both digital and print marketing needs.
• Design, update, and maintain websites, including adding and editing content, graphics, and other visual elements.
• Prepare and distribute email blasts and marketing communications.
• Ensure all marketing materials are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on project requirements and deadlines.
• Organize and maintain marketing assets, templates, and production files.
• Make revisions based on feedback and creative direction.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate project status and potential challenges clearly.
• Support other marketing production tasks as needed.
