Job summary

Savvital is seeking an experienced Print Operations Associate to support a U.S.-based client in the promotional products and commercial printing space. This role requires hands-on experience with the end-to-end lifecycle of print and promo orders, from sourcing and quoting to artwork proofing and final delivery.

The ideal candidate will manage production workflows, coordinate with suppliers, and track orders to meet hard deadlines.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with promotional product distributors, commercial printers, screen printers, embroidery shops, or print brokers.
• Hands‑on experience with ERPs and sourcing databases; Sage or PrintPLANR preferred; ASI/ESP/PromoStandards is a plus.
• Clear understanding of setup charges, proofs, lead times, decoration methods, vector artwork, and freight/shipping.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage customer orders from request through delivery, ensuring data accuracy.
• Source products based on client specs, turnaround times, and budgets; compare vendor pricing.
