Human Nature (Gandang Kalikasan, Inc.) is seeking a Print Producer to join our Creatives Team. You will support the design group in producing finished packaging and marketing materials across soft and hard packaging, ensuring quality and brand compliance.

The role involves coordinating with multiple printer suppliers, handling pre-press work, color management, and safeguarding artwork assets while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in printing/design as graphic/layout/finished artist.
• Experience with offset, digital, flexography and letterpress printing.
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Color management skills.
• Strong design sense.
• Prepress and pre-flighting knowledge.
• Excellent intra- and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Finished art working: pre-flighting, revising, and recomposing artworks.
• Branding champion: maintain guidelines within technical limits.
• Job pre-approver: coordinate with suppliers for pre-approval of packaging and marketing collaterals.

We’re seeking a Print Producer to join our Creatives Team! This role calls for a dynamic individual who will provide technical support to the design team in producing beautifully printed soft packaging, hard packaging, and marketing materials. He/she will be assigned to different printer suppliers to supervise and/or preapprove scheduled deliverables at the request of partner departments.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Finished/Technical art working – pre-flighting, revising, recomposition of submitted artworks from designers. Understand the value of the instruction sheet and the technical specifications input.

2. Branding champion - Ensure branding guidelines are met while considering the technical limitations of it.

3. Job Pre-approver - Deployment to suppliers for pre-approval of soft packaging materials, hard packaging materials and other marketing collaterals. Color management and printing knowledge are a must.

4. Proactively communicates with different internal and external partners.

5. Data management - organize, save and preserve final artwork files, fonts, mockups amongst others.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years’ experience in the printing/design industry as a graphic/layout/finished artist. Preferably with offset, digital, flexography & letterpress printing processes experience.
• Proficient in all Adobe publishing tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign)
• Color management skills
• Design sense
• Prepress and pre-flighting knowledge
• A keen eye for detail
• Good intra/interpersonal communication skills
