Job summary

Human Nature is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer/Photographer to join the design team in Quezon City. You will create visuals for digital and print, support branding efforts, and contribute to social media content.

The role blends design, photography, and video skills, with opportunities to develop motion graphics using After Effects or Premiere Pro. A portfolio and a 0–2 year track record are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design and/or photography; internships or freelance work welcome.
• Portfolio showcasing design and photography work is required.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals for websites, social media, print, and campaigns.
• Create banners and assets for web and mobile; ensure brand consistency.
• Capture and edit photos for marketing and product branding.

We are looking to hire a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer/ Photographer to join our design team. The ideal candidate has a passion for photography/videography, a strong eye for design, and proficiency in design software. He/she will assist in creating graphics for digital and print media, supporting branding efforts, marketing campaigns, and giving special attention to social media content.

Responsibilities:

Design

• Design engaging visuals for websites, social media, print, and digital campaigns
• Create banners, elements, and other assets for web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.

Photography

• Capture high-quality photos for marketing, social media, and product branding.
• Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal.
• Maintain an organized library of digital assets for company use.
• Product styling and setup are a plus

Videography & Motion Graphics

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Creating motion graphics, animations, and video overlays using software like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in graphic design and/or photography (internships or freelance work are a plus).
• Willing to be assigned to our office in Quezon City or in Sta. Rosa Laguna.

Technical Skills needed:

Graphic Design & Web Graphics

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with web graphics (banners, social media assets)
• Basic understanding of responsive design and web optimization
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design

Photography & Image Editing

• Basic to intermediate photography skills (product, lifestyle, event photography)
• Experience with photo editing and retouching (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of camera settings, lighting, and composition
• Product Styling and setup is a plus

Videography & Motion Graphics

• Basic video shooting skills (camera operation, framing, lighting setup)
• Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation (After Effects is a plus)
• Ability to create engaging short-form videos for social media and marketing

Soft Skills:

• Creativity - Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to projects

• Time Management - Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
