You will drive end-to-end platform architecture using Java Spring Boot, Go, and Angular, ensure SOC-2 security, and partner with client leadership to deliver scalable, AI-augmented solutions. This remote-first role offers global exposure and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading hands-on technical discovery and architectural transitions on production enterprise systems.
• Mentoring senior and mid-senior engineers to foster testability and high code quality.
• Excellent client-facing communication to present architectural roadmaps to executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end platform architecture across Java Spring Boot, Go, and Angular while balancing immediate delivery with long-term scalability.
• Lead API-first design strategies and oversee integration frameworks, debt refactoring, and regulatory growth milestones.
• Establish AI-augmented development governance and prototype AI-powered capabilities for regulated workflows.
