Forte Group seeks an Engineering Manager / Team Lead for Full-Stack (.NET + Angular) to guide a distributed team across time zones. You will blend technical leadership with delivery governance to ensure high availability and reliable feature delivery in an enterprise healthcare and business workflow platform.

You will establish PR standards, CI/CD pipelines, and architectural oversight, while mentoring engineers to maintain quality and accountability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Strong background in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, .NET 9+, and Angular (v15-19+).
• 3+ years with SQL Server, REST APIs, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributed cross-functional team of senior engineers and SDETs with performance check-ins and sprint planning.
• Establish PR review standards, CI/CD pipelines, and architectural oversight; promote AI-assisted development tools.
• Drive modernization from legacy architectures toward .NET 9+, containerization, and scalable web architectures.
