Zuellig Pharma, a leading healthcare solutions provider in Asia, seeks an SAP Finance specialist with 8+ years in SAP FI/AR/AP to drive process improvements and integrations. The role covers requirements elicitation, Agile delivery, and overseeing SAP configuration across modules to support business needs and SLAs.

The successful candidate will engage with executives and teams, coordinate complex analyses, and ensure robust financial system support in a dynamic regional environment.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years solid SAP Finance functional and configuration experience - SAP FI AR/AP.
• Experience on bank payment interfaces for e-commerce applications.
• Knowledge of integration points between SAP modules such as OTC and external banks.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise in Finance SAP modules (SAP FICO) with integration to other modules and platforms.
• Defines requirements in Agile methodology and ensures user stories are clearly defined.
• Facilitates elicitation sessions with executives, managers, developers and SMEs.
• Leads fit/gap analysis and design decisions for standard functionalities and enhancements.
• Performs system configuration and supports SAP applications to meet SLA targets.

What You'll Do

• Provides expertise in Finance SAP modules (SAP FICO) with integration to other modules and platforms.
• Knows and executes best practices for business analysis of standard processes and Finance functions in SAP , 3rd party and in-house applications (from an industry and strategic standpoint) including requirements elicitation methods.
• Defines requirement in accordance with Agile Methodology. Ensures user stories and objectives are clearly defined.
• Facilitates elicitation sessions using variety of requirements gathering methods such as documentation analysis, business models with executives, managers, developers and subject matter experts
• Leads complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions for standard functionalities and enhancements as required
• Focuses on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
• Demonstrate excellent listening, communication and facilitation skills
• Performs system configuration and maintain ownership of the assigned SAP module
• Serves as SAP Application Support resource on his/her assigned module ensuring that all incident tickets raised are completed and closed within target SLA.

Must-Have

What will make you successful:

• At least 8 years solid SAP Finance functional and configuration experience - SAP FI (must have), specifically on AR/AP Module.
• Experience on bank payment interfaces for e-commerce applications.
• Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules such as Order to Cash (OTC), 3rd party applications and integrations such as banks, collection interfaces and Cloud application.

Advantage To Have

• Experience in SAP Customer for Payments (C4P)
• Experience in Agile Methodology and Azure Dev Ops is a plus
