Qualifications

• Must have CPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Major role in month end/quarterly/year end closing and reporting, including adjustments and journal entries to GL.
• Prepare monthly expense accruals and analyze variances vs budget.
• Verify intercompany transactions and reconcile monthly statements with related parties.
• Extract and submit Delivery Expense Report for transport accruals.

KEY ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Major role in month end/quarterly/year end closing and reporting, preparation and review of adjustments and journal to general ledger books.

2. Prepares monthly expense accruals for assigned division/s. Review and analyze monthly expense variance vs BUD/LE.

3. In-charge of verification and recording of intercompany transactions, reconciling monthly statements and balances with respective related party.

4. Extraction and submission of Delivery Expense Report for Transport review for accrual purposes.

5. Review and verify proper documentation in compliance with accounting and company policies.

6. Prepares budget/LE of HO allocated expenses and Interco transactions (i.e. Insurance, Utilities, Maintenance, Rentals, Depreciation, etc.).

Knowledge / Skills needed for the job:

• Has knowledge/background in SAP Systems
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge in Budgeting and Forecasting
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Hardworking, analytical and efficient
• Results oriented and keen to details

Required:

• Must be a CPA
• At least 3 years related experience in GL Accounting
• with background in Financial Statement Analysis and preparations
