Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in the Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution consultant to support end-to-end order-to-cash processes and pricing configuration.

You will engage with regional teams, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and help implement SAP solutions. The role requires 6–8 years of SAP SD experience and strong knowledge of IDOC, BAPI, and Fiori Apps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant SAP SD experience.
• Strong end-to-end O2C process knowledge including pricing and billing.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO integration and DMS pricing.
• Proficient with IDOC, BAPI and LSMW.
• Fiori Apps experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP SD projects and processes with limited supervision.
• Translate business needs into functional specs.
• Analyze systems and implement solutions via configuration and enhancements.
• Support production incidents and requests.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT.
• Prepare audit and change management documentation (RCA, CAPA).

What You'll Do

• Manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
• Identify and review business needs and requirements through stakeholder engagement
• Translates the business requirements into functional specifications
• Analyse the systems and build the approved solutions through configuration, enhancements
• Support production system incidents and requests
• Performs thorough unit testing, system integration testing and supports business testing (UAT)
• Prepares documentations for audit and change management compliance e.g. RCA and CAPA documentation

Must-Have

• More than 4 years of university studies (BS in Computer Science, IT or equivalent degree, or equivalent experiences in corresponding roles
• At least 6 to 8 years of relevant functional/technical experience
• 6 to 8 years of experience as SAP Sales & Distribution consultant having strong familiarity on the end to end process from order to cash including transportation, sales order management, delivery processing, billing, e-invoicing, intercompany billing, DMS pricing, output determination ATP, batch and serial management
• SD and TM master data
• IDOC, BAPI, LSMW
• FIORI Apps
• Has at least 2 SAP full cycle SAP implementations/roll-out experience, and troubleshooting skills for production support

Advantage To Have

• Analytical, resourceful and can drive requirements gathering, process and solution presentation and discussion with regional teams and business stakeholders
• Knowledge on Agile methodology is an advantage but not required
• Functional specification creation for RICEFW
• Experience in SAP Vistex DMP (Data Maintenance for Pricing)
• Experience in FSCM (Credit Management)
• ABAP debugging skills for functional, experience in APIs, Odata, middleware/interfaces, Webservice (SPROXY, SOAP)
• Familiar with Postman and processing XML/JSON files
• Familiarity on SD integration with other modules MM, FI or EWM
