Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in the Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Solution Architect to drive end-to-end warehouse management solutions. You will lead design, configuration, and integration with SAP ECC 6.0 and third-party systems.

Purpose Of The Role

Drive end-to-end warehouse management solutions, custom developments, and production excellence. In this role, you will lead solution design, configuration, integration, and operational support, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure seamless supply chain execution.

What You’ll Do

Solution Architecture & Business Process Engineering

• Lead end-to-end business process mapping and translate business requirements into detailed Functional Specifications (FS).
• Design, configure, and optimize core SAP EWM processes across Inbound, Outbound, Internal, and Quality Management workflows.

System Integration & Interface Management

• Configure and maintain Radio Frequency (RF) framework and IDoc/EDI interfaces between SAP EWM, SAP ERP (ECC 6.0), and third-party systems.
• Oversee Post Processing Framework (PPF) configurations, output management, and custom print forms.

Data Management & Migration

• Define and execute EWM Master Data maintenance strategies and governance.
• Lead data migration activities, extraction, transformation, and validation during project cutover.

Queue Management & Incident Resolution

• Troubleshoot complex queue failures, including Stuck in Queue (SIQ), qRFC/tRFC, and intermediate document (IDoc) processing errors.
• Provide robust Tier-3 / advanced Production Support, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement initiatives.

Testing, Compliance & Validation

• Develop comprehensive test scenarios, test scripts, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure compliance with Computerized Systems Validation (CSV) guidelines, Risk Assessments, and standard operating procedures (GAMP/GxP where applicable).
• Lead training sessions and create knowledge-base documentation for key users

Must-Have

• Inbound & QM: Inbound delivery processing, POSC/LOSC, Quality Inspection Engine (QIE), putaway strategies.
• Outbound & RF: Picking strategies, wave management, packing, staging, RF Gun menu customization, and shipping.
• Internal Movements: Physical inventory, replenishment, internal routing, scrapping, and posting changes.
• Interface/Queue Handling: Proven expertise in resolving qRFC / Stuck-in-Queue (SIQ) issues and IDoc messaging.
• Documentation & Delivery: Strong track record in writing clear functional specs, test management, and process flow diagrams.

Advantage To Have

• ABAP Debugging: Ability to debug ABAP code, identify breakpoints, and assist developers in custom enhancements/BAdIs.
• Knowledge of SAP 9.5 or S/4HANA Decentralized EWM architectures.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated distribution environments.
• Compliance Knowledge: Practical understanding of CSV (Computerized Systems Validation) and risk assessment methodologies.
