Job Summary

As a Principal Consultant, you will lead complex technology and digital transformation consulting engagements, partner with senior client stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes while contributing to the growth of Mason Advisory’s Singapore practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from strategy development to successful delivery for complex business and technology transformations
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to influence and guide strategic decisions
• Provide strategic advice on technology strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, cyber security, data, and AI initiatives
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact client outcomes and ensure engagement success
• Support business development by preparing proposals and delivering compelling client presentations
• Coach and mentor consultants to enhance their skills and support their professional development
• Contribute to thought leadership and innovation, and help evolve Mason Advisory’s service offerings

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Significant consulting experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, cyber security, data, AI, or related fields
• Proven track record of leading complex client engagements and programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills demonstrated through client interactions
• Experience in developing new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships
• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance client objectives and business goals
