• Experience working within consulting, advisory, or transformation environments.
• Expertise in technology strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, cybersecurity, data and AI, or technology programme delivery.
• Proven ability to contribute effectively to complex technology or business transformation projects.
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels to influence and drive decisions.
• Skill in translating complex information into clear findings and practical recommendations.
• Collaborative and adaptable approach within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting engagements from initial strategy and assessment through implementation to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify and analyze their business and technology challenges to develop tailored solutions
• Conduct research, analysis, and assessments to produce evidence-based recommendations that inform client strategies
• Design technology strategies, operating models, transformation roadmaps, and delivery plans aligned with client goals
• Manage defined project workstreams and take ownership of deliverables to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Produce clear, concise, and high-quality reports, presentations, and client documentation to communicate findings and progress
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather insights and foster alignment among project participants
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate expertise and deliver cohesive client outcomes
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and support their timely resolution to maintain project momentum
