Job summary

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in business-related field or customs studies.
• Freight forwarding/logistics education is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and their application to international shipments.

Responsibilities

• Support quotation management and related coordination.
• Prepare commercial reports and analyze spot quotations, rate cards, and MRS activities.
• Assist in invoice discrepancy resolution and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Ensure adherence to SLA KPIs and participate in process improvements.
