Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Business Support Assistant to manage Air & Sea Support rates, upload rate sheets to the GPM/TANGO system, and maintain high-quality data for timely, accurate processing. You will support the team leader in KPI achievement and implement improvements across workflows.

The role requires familiarity with rate management, billing-related tasks, and strong MS Office skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding or logistics background is advantageous.
• Knowledge of various transport management systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Excel) and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze carrier rate cards for clarity and categorization.
• Convert carrier rate sheets to GPM/TANGO-friendly Excel formats.
• Upload ocean rates, surcharges, and charges into the system with accuracy.
• Maintain data input accuracy to prevent system errors.
• Escalate issues to Trade Lane Logistics Manager and propose improvements.
• Support KPI achievement and ensure compliance with SOPs.
