Lean Solutions Group (LSG) is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support freight quotations across LCL, FCL, air, and other modes. You will analyze shipping requirements, research routes, and prepare accurate, timely quotes for customers.
Work closely with customers, carriers, airlines, and internal teams to identify efficient, cost-effective transport solutions while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting the assigned team in processing and managing customer freight quotations. This role involves analyzing shipping requirements, researching available transportation options, preparing accurate and competitive quotes, and ensuring timely responses to customers.
The Pricing Analyst works closely with customers, carriers, airlines, steamship lines, service providers, and internal teams to identify the most efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable shipping regulations and company procedures.
Prepare and process freight quotations for LCL, FCL, Volume, Partial, LTL, FTL, and Air Freight, including time-critical, transborder, ocean, and air shipments.
Respond to customer quotation requests accurately and promptly.
Research and evaluate available transportation routes and service options through airlines, steamship lines, and other service providers.
Analyze line-haul costs, pickup and delivery charges, transit times, schedules, service coverage, and geographic considerations when preparing quotes.
Identify and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective routing options based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with carriers, service providers, and internal teams to obtain and validate pricing and service information.
Ensure quotations are accurate, complete, and aligned with customer requirements and applicable company guidelines.
Adhere to applicable international shipping regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Maintain positive and professional working relationships with customers, service providers, and teammates.
Monitor and follow up on pending quotations as needed to ensure timely customer response.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of quotations and related activities.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Meet or exceed assigned monthly quotation/productivity targets, including the team's established quoter target.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines.
Respond to customer and internal inquiries promptly and professionally.
Ensure quotations are accurate, competitive, and aligned with customer requirements.
Attend and actively participate in scheduled team meetings and discussions.
Remain available and responsive through designated communication channels, particularly for urgent requests.
Demonstrate attention to detail when reviewing rates, routes, schedules, and shipping requirements.
Proactively follow up on pending requests and identify potential issues that may affect quotation turnaround time.

Knowledge of LCL and FCL shipping processes.
Understanding of air freight and transborder transportation processes.
Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other logistics platforms.
Working knowledge of INCOTERMS and their application in international freight.
Knowledge of freight pricing, routing, and transportation processes.
Strong data entry and data management skills.
Ability to research and analyze transportation options to determine the most cost-effective solution.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in freight pricing, rate management, logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation operations is an advantage.
Familiarity with ocean, air, LTL/FTL, and transborder freight is preferred.
Experience using TMS, freight management platforms, or other logistics systems is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and support time-sensitive customer requirements.
