Responsibilities

• Analyze cost structures and provide recommendations for pricing strategies of freight forwarding services (air, sea, and land transport).
• Prepare pricing proposals, quotes, and tariffs for clients based on market trends and operational costs.
• Monitor changes in fuel prices, labor costs, and other cost drivers that affect freight forwarding operations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that pricing aligns with the actual cost of freight forwarding services.
• Develop pricing models and financial forecasts for international freight forwarding shipments.
• Analyze historical data on freight forwarding costs and forecast trends in freight rates.
• Assist in optimizing shipping routes and modes of transport for cost-efficiency and competitive pricing.
• Provide regular reports on the impact of pricing decisions on company profitability and competitiveness.
• Offer technical support and analysis during the bidding process for freight forwarding contracts.
• Assist in the development of tools or software for more effective freight pricing analysis.

Qualifications
