Job summary

OptiHR Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a Pricing Analyst who can turn rates, revenue, and customer data into actionable commercial insights. You will work closely with the Sales team to develop competitive pricing and evaluate account profitability.

The role requires a CPA, a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, and at least two years in pricing or financial analysis. The position is on-site in Pasay City, Philippines, with strong Excel and data analysis skills encouraged.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and update rates for new and existing customer accounts

• Analyze the profitability of prospective and existing accounts

• Review monthly revenue performance across service products

• Support the Sales team with pricing recommendations and commercial insights

• Monitor market conditions and recommend rate adjustments

• Assist with demand forecasting and revenue planning

• Identify opportunities to improve pricing, profitability, and yield

• Maintain accurate pricing, customer, and revenue databases

• Prepare recurring revenue, production, and profitability reports

• Participate in Sales and client meetings when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

• At least two years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, revenue analysis, accounting, or a related role

• Strong Excel, numerical analysis, and reporting skills

• Comfortable working with large datasets and detailed financial information

• Able to clearly explain data and recommendations to business stakeholders

• Organized, analytical, and attentive to detail

• Logistics or freight-forwarding experience is preferred

• Willing to work fully onsite in Pasay City
