Job summary

OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is seeking an operations professional with 2 years of offshore import/export experience to support pricing activities from Ortigas site. The role requires handling IPS data, drafting quotes, and assisting in bid and sales campaigns.

• 2 years’ import/export offshore operations experience in freight forwarding.
• Willing to work at Ortigas site.
• Able to start ASAP; amenable to graveyard and weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Input rates from RMS into IPS.
• Complete IPS with missing rates (procured by Global Pricing Manager).
• Draft quotes; follow up feedback on proposals generated.
• Update system from Updated BL, ARNs and Pre-alerts.
• Update Tariff Rates.
• Assist in updating Bid Assessments in Salesforce.
• Support Pricing Manager with the development of “Call Lists” and “Lead Databases” for Partner Sales Campaigns.

• Complete IPS with rates not available in RMS (procured by Global Pricing Manager from Regional/Local Product)


• Draft quotes; follow up feedback on proposals generated

• System Updates/Changes from Updated BL, ARNs and Pre-alerts

• Tariff Rates Update


• Assist in updating Bid Assessments in Salesforce

• Supporting Pricing Manager with the development of “Call Lists” and “Lead Databases” for Partner Sales Campaigns

Requirements
