Job summary

MEC NETWORKS CORPORATION is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategies, perform cost analyses, and ensure profitable order execution in Cubao, Quezon City. You will collaborate with PMs, Sales, and Finance to maintain margins and improve profitability.

You will review cost computations, provide pricing data to the sales team, and prepare reports for accounting and planning. A bachelor's degree in a business-related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field.
• At least 2 years in Accounting/Finance or Leadership track; cost accounting is a plus.
• Strong Excel, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Pricing management: set and manage pricing for product lines and communicate with sales.
• Backorder analysis: assist PMs to forecast order quantities and trigger procurement when needed.
• Documentation verification: ensure sales and purchase documents meet vendor requirements.
• Sales order auditing: identify discrepancies and ensure profitability margins.
• Report submission: prepare margin details and POS/inventory reports for accounting and vendors.

• Pricing Management:

  • Set and manage accurate pricing for various product lines.

  • Provide timely pricing information to the sales team.

  • Review cost computations and sales quotes by Product Managers (PMs) to ensure company profitability.

• Backorder Analysis Assistance:

  • Support PMs in analyzing backorders to forecast order quantity.

  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) to trigger order processing to vendors when stocks are unavailable.

• Documentation Verification:

  • Verify necessary documents and references during sales order processing and purchase order processing.

  • Maintain compliance with vendor requirements for smooth order execution.

• Sales Order Auditing:

  • Identify and address discrepancies in Sales Orders.

  • Ensure that orders placed by the clients maintain the required profit margin.

• Report Submission:

  • Prepare and submit required reports, such as margin details, to the accounting department for financial analysis and planning.

  • Submit Point of Sale (POS) and Inventory Reports to vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or any business-related

• Experience: at least 2 years work experience in Accounting, Finance or Management Trainee/Leadership role; experience in cost accounting is an advantage

• Skills: strong business acumen, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, knowledgeable in basic accounting concepts, strong and clear communication skills (oral and written), strong drive for excellence, time management, organizational skills, strong mathematical skills

• Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
