Job summary

OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is seeking a detail-oriented professional for offshore pricing operations based in Ortigas.

The role involves converting customer pricing templates to internal pricing sheets (IPS) and inputting rates from RMS into IPS, then reconciling IPS back to customer templates for submission. You will ensure all documents are uploaded and bookings are confirmed via email, while coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ import/export offshore operations experience within the freight forwarding industry.
• Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• With positive attitude towards difficult situations.
• Willing to work in Ortigas Site
• Can start ASAP and amenable to graveyard and weekend schedules

Responsibilities

• Convert customer pricing template to internal pricing sheet (IPS)
• Input rates available in RMS into IPS
• Complete IPS with rates not available in RMS (procured by Global Pricing Manager from Regional/Local Product)
• Convert IPS back to customer pricing template for submission
• Ensure all documents are uploaded
• Confirming bookings via email
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
