As our Pricing Analyst, you'll be the go-to person keeping our pricing accurate, current, and ready to support fast decision-making by our Canada-based commercial team. You'll maintain rate cards, prepare first-pass pricing comparisons for prospective and existing clients, generate reports, and keep our systems (including Shipeze) clean and up to date. This role works in close, day-to-day coordination with our Sales team - gathering complete customer and shipment details to make sure every quote we send out is accurate from the start.
Maintain rate cards and load pricing into customer portals and Shipeze; apply GRI updates accurately and on time
Coordinate closely with Sales to gather complete customer information before preparing quotes
Prepare first-pass pricing comparisons and draft quote analyses, escalating custom or high-risk pricing as needed
Generate recurring pricing reports and respond to ad hoc data requests
Handle account setups, address book maintenance, and operational corrections in Shipeze
Help build standardized tools and templates to make quoting faster and more consistent
2-3 years professional experience in drafting, designing, or customizing pricing/quotes to support a Sales or Commercial team
2-3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment
Working knowledge of TMS or freight pricing platforms - Shipeze experience is a strong plus
Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, formula-based rate calculations)
Sharp attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers under deadline pressure
Great communication skills - you'll be coordinating daily with a Canada-based team
A proactive mindset: comfortable chasing down missing details and asking the right questions before quoting
