Job summary

OMANFIL INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is hiring for a Warehouse/Logistics role in the Philippines. The successful candidate will assist in planning, organizing, and managing logistics tasks, and lead a team to monitor receiving and recording of materials.

The role requires forklift operation, ERP experience (SAP), and strong attention to detail with good teamwork. Diploma in logistics or related field is preferred, with at least 3 years of experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing logistics or accounting tasks.
• Lead or assist a team to monitor receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming materials.
• Organize and store tires and materials according to safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular stocktaking and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system records.
• Operate forklifts for loading/unloading.
• Prepare shipments and coordinate with transport teams.
• Deliver materials to production lines in a timely manner.
• Update ERP/logistics systems with warehouse transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and report damaged goods.
• Provide inventory reports and support audits when required.

Job Description

• Assist in planning , organizing, management, or Accounting field.
• Leader or preparation team to monitor Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw material, semi-finished goods, and finished tires.
• Organize and store tires and material according to safety and quality standard.
• Conduct regular stocktaking and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system record.
• Operate forklifts for loading/unloading.
• Prepare good shipment and coordinate with transport teams.
• Deliver required material to production lines in a timely manner.
• Update ERP/logistics systems (e.g., SAP) with accurate warehouse transactions
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, following company policies and safety regulations
• Report damaged goods or irregularities promptly
• Provide daily/weekly inventory reports and support audits when required

Qualification

• A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
• Complete Document: Certificate of Employment(COE) Diploma Passport, Certificate
• University or College diploma or vocational training in logistics preferred.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Ability to operate forklifts or warehouse equipment (license preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP/logistics systems (SAP experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
