DK Homestyle Corporation invites applications for a Warehouse Associate position based in the Philippines. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming stock against delivery records and helping prepare orders for delivery or transfer.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in warehouse operations, a High School diploma, and a TESDA NC II Counterbalance Forklift certification. You will work with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficient stock handling.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products against delivery documents and purchase or transfer records.
Check product descriptions, quantities, sizes, and conditions to ensure accuracy and identify any damaged or missing items.
Assist in picking and preparing customer orders for delivery or transfer.
Load and unload tiles, construction materials, and other warehouse products safely and efficiently.
Operate a counterbalance forklift in accordance with established safety procedures and authorized operating practices.
Properly stack, palletize, and secure products to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
Ensure products are stored in their designated locations and maintain proper warehouse organization.
Prepare and verify warehouse documents such as Delivery Receipts, Pick Lists, Goods Issue, and Transfer Slips.
Conduct basic pre-operational and post-operational checks of the forklift and other material‑handling equipment.
Immediately report damaged products, discrepancies, equipment defects, and other warehouse concerns to the immediate supervisor.
Assist with inventory counting, stock monitoring, and reconciliation when required.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, loading areas, and workstations.
Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and occupational health and safety standards at all times.
Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing warehouse activities.
Work closely with warehouse personnel, drivers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Perform other warehouse‑related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
High School or Senior High School graduate; vocational or college level is an advantage.
At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, material handling, or a related field.
Certified Counterbalance Forklift Operator (TESDA NC II or equivalent) with valid certification and/or company authorization to operate a forklift.
