Job summary

SAFESTEP PHILIPPINES OPC is seeking a capable Warehouse Supervisor to support the Operations Manager in daily warehousing and stock management activities in Bulacan. You will oversee records, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely, accurate reporting.

The role emphasizes strong analytical thinking, communication, and adherence to procedures, with responsibility for stock movements, equipment records, and liaising with other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of warehousing principles and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Creativity, strategic thinking and project management.
• Knowledge of 3PL is an advantage; preferably resident of Meycauayan or nearby towns.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager/Supervisor with day-to-day warehousing and stock management.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, communications, documentation, and reports per procedures.
• Coach and assist warehouse workers on assignments.
• Maintain accurate records of received and dispatched materials and their movements.
• Monitor office/warehouse supplies needed for operations.
• Track stock item movements accurately and promptly.
• Disseminate information and reports timely and effectively.
• Maintain all warehouse records and files, including invoices and purchase orders.
• Execute daily stock management activities, including stock inspection.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

1. Assist Operations Manager/Supervisor on the day-to-day administration of warehousing and stock managementactivities.

2. Deals with all incoming and outgoing correspondence, communications, documentations and reports

as per specific instructions and company procedures in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

3. Coach and provide assistance to all warehouse workers on their work assignments.

4. Maintains accurate and updated records of all received and dispatched materials and equipment and

their movements in and out of warehouse according to policies and procedures.

5. Monitor office/warehouse supplies such as issuance and request of supplies needed in operation.

6. Monitors stock item movements accurately and promptly.

7. Ensures effective and timely distribution of information and reports.

8. Maintains all warehouse records and files including records of all purchasing received from or sent to

other departments/stores or vendors/suppliers, including invoices, purchase orders, etc.

9. Execution of daily stock management activities such as daily inspection of warehouse stocks, stock

takes and physical inspection of the goods.

10. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.
