Job summary

Globaltronics Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to handle receipt and verification of deliveries, forklift handling, and orderly storage of stock.

You will prepare orders, assist in cycle counts, and maintain accurate warehouse records with strict adherence to safety standards. Ideal candidates have a forklift certification, at least 1 year of warehouse experience, and physical fitness to lift and move materials.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate; vocational or college-level education is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience is preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator Certification is required.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy materials.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management procedures.

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Load, unload, transport, and stack materials using a forklift in accordance with safety procedures.
• Store products and materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
• Assist in inventory monitoring, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and warehouse transactions.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of materials.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report any equipment defects or maintenance
  requirements.
• Follow all company policies, warehouse procedures, and occupational safety standards.
• Assist with other warehouse and audit staff related tasks as assigned.
• Certified forklift operator is an advantage.
