Job summary

Metacom Careers is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls for tech and consumer services in Taguig. The role requires high school education and strong English communication, with or without BPO experience.

You will assist with account updates, billing, and technical troubleshooting while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach. Training and development opportunities are provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
• With or without BPO experience, depending on the account requirements.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable handling voice calls and assisting customers with technical concerns.
• Basic knowledge of computers, mobile devices, internet connectivity, and common applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding technology products, services, accounts, and technical concerns.
• Provide troubleshooting and step-by-step assistance for basic technical issues.
• Assist customers with account updates, billing inquiries, service requests, and product information.
• Diagnose customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Guide customers through device, application, connectivity, and service-related troubleshooting.
• Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex technical concerns to the appropriate support team when necessary.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.
• Meet established targets for customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and attendance.
