OptiHR Business Solutions Inc. in Pampanga is seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Experience Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a premium retail location.

You will drive sales, coach the team, and ensure a first-class customer journey across all touchpoints. The role blends sales, customer experience, team leadership, and branch operations, with responsibility for maintaining premium brand standards and CRM-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management
• Proven experience in sales, retail operations, customer experience, or another customer-facing commercial environment
• Experience leading or supervising a sales, retail, customer service, or branch team
• Experience from premium retail, consumer technology, luxury or lifestyle brands, beauty, hospitality, airlines, banking, telecommunications, real estate, or other customer-facing sales environments is highly relevant
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and achieve business targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Professional, confident, approachable, and comfortable representing a premium global brand
• Commercially minded while maintaining a strong customer-first approach
• Comfortable learning new products and explaining technical concepts
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Comfortable using CRM and other digital business tools
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays as required
• Must possess a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in delivering an exceptional and personalized customer experience.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Support the team in delivering engaging product presentations and demonstrations.
• Build strong customer relationships and support prospective customers throughout their buying journey.
• Drive branch sales performance and ensure individual and team targets are achieved.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, customer follow-ups, and CRM activity.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and customer experience objectives.
• Set clear expectations and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop strong product knowledge, sales capability, and customer service standards across the team.
• Create a positive, collaborative, and high-performance working environment.
• Lead by example and remain actively involved in customer interactions and sales activities.
• Take ownership of the overall day-to-day operation and performance of the branch.
• Ensure the showroom and customer areas are maintained to premium brand standards.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, customer flow, and operational requirements.
• Ensure company policies, processes, and service standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain accurate customer and business information through company systems and CRM tools.
• Monitor branch performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
