Responsibilities

• Direct reporting to the Regional Head for issues and concerns.
• Drive sales by maximizing customer service levels and maintaining an excellent store image.
• Maintain expertise in all category appliances and furniture lineups.
• Manage and secure all company assets to operate the store efficiently.
• Ensure proper inventory levels to maintain merchandise availability.
• Maintain working relationships with corporate buying departments and vendors.
• Lead and develop a team of employees to achieve company objectives.
• Maintain store operations by enforcing operational and personnel policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries positively and professionally.
• Assist with register bookkeeping and regular inventory counts.
• Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise store displays and layout to drive more sales.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
• Set and monitor sales targets, analyze data, and strategize to achieve quotas.
• Control store expenses and manage the budget effectively.
