Nezda Technologies, Inc. in Taguig City is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Premium Blended Account team.

This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent service across phone, email, chat and other channels, acting as the primary contact for premium clients with professionalism and efficiency. You will work predominantly during dayshift hours in a fully onsite setup at McKinley Hills, with a starting ASAP timeline and a salary package up to 21,000 PHP per

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
• SHS graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of BPO experience is required.
• At least 6 months of sales experience, whether from BPO or a non-BPO industry.
• Willing to work on a morning to mid-shift schedule.
• Willing to work fully onsite in McKinley Hills, Taguig City.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries through phone, email, chat and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
• Process customer requests, including account management, billing inquiries and service modifications.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company system to maintain accurate records and enable continuity of service.
