Job summary

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our call centre team in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis.

You will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional support to customers across various channels and resolving inquiries with empathy. Ideal candidates have 1 year of BPO or related Insurance/Healthcare/Finance experience, strong English communication, and willingness to work a night shift onsite in Cyberpark, Cubao.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience or related Insurance/Healthcare/Finance experience
• Excellent B2 English communication (written & verbal)
• Willing to work night shift
• Willing to work fully onsite in Cyberpark, Cubao
• Fresh graduates with relevant experience in Insurance/Healthcare/Finance welcomed
• High-School Graduate welcome
