Job summary

AssetWatch is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, test, and service our Condition Based Monitoring solutions at client sites. The role requires travel up to 70% regionally and locally, with potential overnight and air travel, and frequent on-site customer interactions.

You will maintain records, manage tools and inventory, and collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and proper product deployment. English fluency is required; OSHA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools, air tools, and large specialized tools.
• General knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment and electronic systems.
• Familiarity with industrial networking equipment and protocols.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and service AssetWatch Condition Based Monitoring solutions at client sites.
• Travel up to 70% regionally and locally, including overnight and air travel.
• Maintain installation and field service records and manage service tools and inventory.
• Provide on-site technical support to troubleshoot and repair installations as needed.
