Job summary

Satellite Office seeks a Machine Health Specialist (Reliability) to monitor a fleet of mining equipment from a remote monitoring centre, identifying issues early to minimize downtime and extend asset life.

You'll analyze sensor data, maintain health dashboards (Grafana, PowerBI, Tableau, Excel), and collaborate with on-site teams to implement proactive maintenance strategies that improve safety and performance across operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in machine health.
• Proficient in monitoring systems (Grafana) and analytics dashboards (PowerBI/Tableau) and Excel.
• Experience using predictive maintenance tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Continuous monitoring and data analysis of health sensors and diagnostic systems.
• Read trends to detect faults, wear, and inefficiencies; provide corrective-action recommendations.
• Own and manage equipment health dashboards; track uptime and maintenance KPIs.
• Coordinate with on-site maintenance teams for timely troubleshooting.
• Suggest predictive maintenance plans and optimize model accuracy.
