Job summary

AS White Global is seeking an Order Entry Specialist in Manila, Philippines. You will process new orders, verify client and billing details, and prepare information for legal documents and billing.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, efficient coordination with multiple parties, and accuracy in data entry. You will work onsite in Manila (BGC, Taguig) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT), ensuring timely processing and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles.
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and set up new orders accurately and within required timelines.
• Verify ordering client, billing, court, counsel, facility, and patient/subject information.
• Assign order and deposition dates based on type and client requirements.
• Set up orders and assign correct database codes for all related entities.
• Conduct internet research to verify contact details and locate missing information.
• Update order statuses, confirmations, and special client requirements in the system.
• Maintain daily productivity records and comply with applicable rules and laws.
