• Ability to follow recipes and portion according to standards.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Food-safety or sanitation certification may be required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, slice, portion, arrange, and present meat products according to orders and required weights.
• Check freshness and quality of meat and ingredients before use.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, labeling, and hygiene procedures.
• Operate meat slicers and other equipment safely and report malfunctions.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and areas clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory, usage, and expiration to minimize waste.
• Maintain inventory/records for preparation and temperature.
• Assist with restocking, opening/closing duties, and other operations as needed.
• Support customer service by answering questions and assisting with orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, cashier, and management to ensure accuracy and speed.
