Responsibilities

• Slice and prepare meat products according to required thickness and specifications
• Operate meat slicers and other equipment safely and properly
• Ensure meat products are handled, stored, and packaged correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and equipment
• Check the quality and freshness of meat products
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
• Assist with inventory and proper storage of meat products
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
