Job summary

Likas Yaman Service Corporation is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to lead QA/QC efforts in our precast production wing. The role emphasizes rigorous inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Responsibilities include developing QA/QC procedures, maintaining thorough records, and coordinating with the construction team to resolve any quality issues, while adhering to safety guidelines and producing regular QA/QC reports.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in QA/QC procedures and standards for precast fabrication.
• Ability to develop and implement QA/QC procedures for precast production works.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, production practices, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and follow safety guidelines.
• Conduct inspections and tests of materials and workmanship at various stages of precast production.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Identify potential quality issues and work with construction team to resolve them.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all QA/QC activities and generate daily/weekly/monthly QA/QC reports.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with project requirements.
