Job summary

CNX in Quezon City is seeking an entry-level Pre-Sales Consultant to gather detailed project requirements and define scopes, activities, and manpower needs. The role leads solution demonstrations and is the primary contact during pre-sales, guiding clients from discovery to proposal formation.

Collaborating with Sales and COE teams, you will produce polished proposals, tailor materials to client needs, and ensure alignment with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in pre-sales consulting, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of solution scoping, proposal writing, and client engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead client conversations effectively.
• Proficiency in creating and managing proposal documents and templates.
• Familiarity with CX platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Genesys) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather detailed project requirements and understand their business objectives.
• Evaluate the scope of work, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
• Develop comprehensive documentation outlining the scope of work, activities, and manpower requirements.
• Lead client conversations during solution demonstrations, highlighting the value and capabilities of proposed solutions.
• Ensure all necessary information is collected during the early stages to inform solution design and project planning.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-sales phase, addressing questions and concerns.
• Create and maintain proposal documents, templates, and related materials to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Technical Architects and Project Managers, to develop accurate and compelling proposals.
• Ensure that all proposals are tailored to client needs and comply with organizational standards.
• Work closely with sales teams to align pre-sales activities with business development strategies.
• Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to project execution.
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on client requirements and market trends.
