Job summary

Career Connect is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer in the Philippines to support sales productivity and drive technical closes. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Service, and Engineering to ensure feasible, customer-focused solutions with strong stakeholder support.

The role involves scoping technical requirements, assessing customer needs, and delivering accurate proposals while mentoring the team and contributing to solution architectures for large-scale deals.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
Product certification or equivalent technical credential is preferred.
5+ years in sales or sales engineering for B2B, large/strategic customers.
3+ years architecting software solutions and in mobile/web development.
3+ years in client-facing technical roles (Pre-sales, etc.).
Experience in preparing technical proposals and documentation.
Proven technical solution expertise in a sales role.
Exposure to project management, managed services, and system integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales to scope technical solutions for customer requirements.
Assess needs and propose value-adding solutions for customers and firm.
Present and demonstrate solutions to clients and support events.
Produce risk assessments, cost estimates, and profitability analyses.
Mentor team members and enable sales with product knowledge and technical skills.
Coordinate with engineering, design, and customer support for lifecycle success.
Communicate business requirements to technical SMEs for cost/timeline estimates.
Provide technology consulting and contribute to solution architectures.
