Ankuraa Developers is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Executive to drive lead qualification, customer engagement, and site visit conversions. You will lead the Pre-Sales team, manage lead generation and CRM activities, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to achieve business goals while delivering timely follow-ups.

This role focuses on optimizing conversions, reporting MIS, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across calls, emails, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Pre-Sales team to achieve lead qualification and site visit targets.
• Oversee lead generation, allocation, tracking, and timely follow-up through CRM.
• Ensure prompt handling of inbound and outbound customer inquiries across calls, emails, WhatsApp, and digital platforms.
• Qualify leads based on customer requirements and schedule site visits for the Sales team.
• Monitor lead-to-site visit and site visit-to-sales conversion ratios.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on lead performance, conversions, and team productivity.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the Pre-Sales team to enhance communication, product knowledge, and customer handling skills.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lead management and customer engagement.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by maintaining timely and professional communication.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to improve pre-sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer handover and support business growth.
