Job summary

1wan seeks a Pre-Sales IT Solutions Consultant to understand customer IT pain, craft consultative solutions, and present technical explanations on how to fix the pain. You will work with our Sales and Technical teams, meeting prospects in person and hosting guests at our IT LAB, lunches, and dinners.

You will engage in the pre-Sales cycle from initial engagement through follow-on discovery, develop BOMs, and prepare proposals with the Sales Team, leveraging networking and IT infrastructure

Qualifications

• Background in networking and IT infrastructure
• Experience in B2B technical pre-sales
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Understand client IT pains and propose consultative solutions
• Present ideas with technical explanations to fix client problems
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams on proposals and designs
• Develop technical designs and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Provide solution proposals with the Sales Team
