Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a proactive Pre-Sales Engineer in the NCR region to support the sales team by designing technical solutions and conducting product presentations. You will translate client needs into practical, bill-of-materials driven proposals and collaborate with vendors.

The role requires strong networking knowledge (CCNA level), excellent communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver security, networking, and data center solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CE/EE or related field.
• 2–3 years in ICT pre-sales, technical sales, systems engineering, or similar.
• Strong networking fundamentals and CCNA-level knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
• Develop solution designs, proposals, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and POC sessions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the Sales Team throughout the sales process.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, project scopes, and solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.
• Support initiatives related to cybersecurity, networking, and data center solutions.
