Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the design, implementation, and delivery of IT and network infrastructure solutions. The role involves working with clients and internal teams to craft effective technical solutions and ensure successful project execution.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in ICT project delivery, strong networking and server knowledge, and the ability to work independently while traveling to client sites when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/engineering.
• 2–4 years ICT project delivery, systems integration, network administration, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, infrastructure, and system deployment.
• Cisco/Fortinet/Aruba certifications are an advantage.
• Willing to travel to client sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and identify technical requirements and opportunities.
• Develop system designs, technical documentation, and solution proposals.
• Perform installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and deployment of systems and network solutions.
• Provide technical support during project implementation and post-deployment activities.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, performance, and client requirements.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
