Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, software engineering, IT or related field.
Three+ years in software development, systems integration, implementation, or enterprise software delivery.
Experience implementing or supporting ERP or significant enterprise applications.
Strong ability to interpret interfaces and investigate technical issues.
Excellent written and spoken English for customer communications.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery with customers and partners: identify ERP versions, workflows, requirements, interfaces and constraints.
Document integration methods using Link4 APIs, SFTP, or file-based interfaces; define data flows and mappings.
Interpret API docs and payloads; validate assumptions using test environments and tools during sales stages.
Assess integration options for major ERPs (NetSuite, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle ERP/Fusion).
Conduct technical demonstrations and tailor presentations to customer needs.
Prepare technical RFP/RFQ responses, diagrams and questionnaires; verify against product capabilities.
