Job summary

Trends Group, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to join the team as a presales specialist for on-premises and hybrid solutions. The role involves site surveys, requirements scoping, and coordination with account teams, suppliers, and customers to present effective solutions.

The candidate will prepare Bills of Materials for each task and must have a BSIT degree with basic networking knowledge. Telephony and SIP/ACD deployment experience are a plus, and the person should be a fast learner

Qualifications

• Must be a BSIT graduate or related course.
• Basic knowledge on computer Networking is required.
• Telephony knowledge is an advantage.
• Computer hardware and software installation and troubleshooting skills are expected.
• Knowledge in SIP and ACD deployment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle Presales works for TGBA-CC On prem and hybrid Solutions.
• Conduct site surveys, requirements scoping and interact with account team, suppliers and customers.

Job description

I. PURPOSE

Looking for a highly qualified individual to be an additional part of the team.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will handle Presales works for TGBA-CC On prem and hybrid Solutions.

• Will do site surveys, requirements scoping and interact with account team, suppliers and customers.

• Will do solution presentation to customers.

• Will furnish Bill of materials for each handled task.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

A. Minimum Education

• Must be a graduate of BSIT and any other related course

B. Minimum Experience/Training

• Must have basic knowledge on computer Networking.

• Knowledge on Telephony is an advantage

• Computer literate

• Must have knowledge in computer hardware and software installation and troubleshooting

• Knowledge in SIP and ACD based deployment is an advantage

C. Competency

• Have high value for commitment and good team player

• Must be willing to be trained.

• Honest and Fast learner

IV. WORKING CONDITIONS

• Must be willing to work on shifting and extended working hours.

• Can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
