Job summary

Concentrix in Quezon City is seeking an entry-level Pre-Sales Consultant to gather requirements, define scope of work, and lead solution demonstrations. You will draft proposals, coordinate with sales, architects, and project managers, and ensure proper handoff to delivery teams in a fast-paced COE environment.

The role emphasizes client engagement, strong communication, and meticulous documentation to win and shape projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
3+ years of experience in pre-sales consulting, business analysis, or related role.
Strong understanding of scope, proposals, and client engagement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to lead client conversations.
Proficiency in creating and managing proposal documents and templates.
Familiarity with CX platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, Genesys) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Gather detailed project requirements and define the scope of work.
Lead solution demonstrations and coordinate early-stage information gathering.
Create and maintain proposal documents and templates.
Collaborate with Sales, Technical Architects, and Project Managers on proposals.
