Job summary

Belo Medical Group seeks a PR Specialist to coordinate ambassador bookings across clinics, manage influencer relationships, and support administrative and data management tasks. The role focuses on delivering seamless PR touchpoints aligned with brand campaigns and preserving VIP confidentiality.

The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, including weekends when needed to support bookings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of PR, influencer relations, brand partnerships, or admin coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating with influencers, celebrities, media personalities or high-profile clients is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage bookings across clinics for ambassadors, influencers, media, and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, KOLs, and media partners.
• Process payments, reimbursements, and billing documentation; handle contracts and filing of documents.
• Maintain organized filing systems and trackers for PR activities and data management.
• Work closely with PR, Brand, and Operations teams to support campaigns and events.
• Uphold premium brand standards and ensure high-quality guest experiences.
