Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong & Macau seeks a talented communications professional to lead bilingual content creation and media coordination. You will craft press releases, events invitations and speeches, coordinate media inquiries, and manage photo shoots with timely delivery.

You will cultivate relationships with journalists and editors across print, digital, and social media, monitor coverage, and report PR results regularly.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Communications; agency experience would be a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with others to achieve targets.
• Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, cultural sensitivity, and multitasking.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Write, adapt, proofread and curate high-quality bilingual content for internal and external communications.
• Coordinate media inquiries, interviews, photoshoots and product loan logistics.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts across platforms.

You have solid experience in Communications, with agency experience would be a plus.

You act to guarantee that work is realized on time and at expected quality.

You are able to c oordinate with others and ensure their participation to achieve Maison’s targets.

You are e xceptional attention to detail, discretion, cultural sensitivity, and an ability to manage several fast-moving projects without compromising quality.

You are proficient in English, Cantonese and Chinese.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Assistant PR & Event Manager, HK & Macau, You will be responsible for:

Write, adapt, proofread and curate high-quality bilingual content for internal and external communications, including press releases, media alerts, product information, event invitations, speeches, executive talking points, Q&As, newsletters, presentations, and copywriting of digital platforms including social media, websites etc.

Coordinate media inquiries, interview requests, photo shoots and product loan logistics in a professional and timely manner.

Assist in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key media contacts, including journalists, editors, stylists, self-media individuals across print, digital, and social platforms.

Track and monitor media coverage of the Maison, compile regular reports to assess PR effectiveness on a regular basis.

Coordinate arrangements with external vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g. retail team and boutiques) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
