Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a skilled Exhibitions & Cultural Projects Manager to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of international showcases. Reporting to the Exhibition & Development Manager, L’ÉCOLE Asia Pacific, you will coordinate timelines, budgets, licenses, and stakeholder communications to ensure milestones are met.

You have proven experience in Exhibitions & Cultural Projects Management. You have excellent organizational, detail-oriented, with strong budget and time-management skills. You are able to collaborate with others to enhance work processes, tools and governance in the scope of their job.
You are eager to expand your skillset, continuously learning new competencies, capabilities, and knowledge to enhance your performance. You master English and Chinese.
Reporting to the Exhibition & Development Manager, L’ÉCOLE Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for:
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of exhibition projects, proactively managing timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.
Propose, track, and report on exhibition budgets, executing all required procurement activities in strict accordance with company guidelines.
Manage the administration of licenses, permits, and legal/loan agreements, ensuring all projects comply with legal regulations, security standards, and corporate policies.
Oversee safe transport, insurance, copyright clearing, and condition checking of all physical and digital exhibits in line with international conservation standards.
Collaborate with scenography designers and internal teams from concept to dismantlement, translating creative designs into feasible technical solutions and supervising contractor work.
Supervise site logistics, daily installation/dismantling schedules, and display maintenance (such as climate control and safety checks) in compliance with security and handling best practices.
Coordinate the end-to-end production of bilingual exhibition content (labels, guides, publications) and maintain meticulous project records, contracts, and tracking reports.
