Job summary

LUXASIA is seeking a marketing-oriented candidate for a 3-4 month contract in Taguig, Philippines. You will assist in executing marketing plans, coordinate with suppliers for events, and craft copies for invites and emails under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.

You will also analyze sales data, support PR activities, and help with daily administrative tasks. The role requires a passion for beauty, strong writing and communication skills, and familiarity with influencer trends.

• Knowledge of social media trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and executing marketing plans and strategies.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for events and in-store initiatives and permit processing.
• Creatively write client-facing and influencer-facing copies for invites, spiels, emails, etc., with approval of Marketing Manager/Asst. Product Manager.
• Create post-mortem reports and analyze sales data to propose solutions and next steps.
• Assist the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
• Prepare and coordinate packing of PR kits and tracking/shipping of items.
• Consolidate monthly PR clippings with media values and track brand social presence.
• Provide support for special ad-hoc projects.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and executing marketing plans and strategies.
• Coordination with third-party suppliers for events and in-store initiatives and permit processing.
• Creatively write client-facing and influencer-facing copies for invites, spiels, emails, etc., with the approval of Marketing Manager/ Asst. Product Manager
• Creation of post-mortem reports - analyze sales data and be able to come up with solutions and next steps.
• Assist the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
• Prepare and coordinate the packing of PR kits and tracking/shipping of items.
• Consolidate monthly PR clippings with media values- keeping track of the brand’s social media presence and news articles.
• Provide support for special ad-hoc projects

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
• Aware of trends, especially with influencers and what they post on social media
• Can thrive under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Open and willing for a 3-4 months contract
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and eye for detail
• Photo and video editing skills is a plus
