Job summary

NUSTAR Resort in Cebu City is seeking a PR specialist to support planning and execution of public relations initiatives that align with our brand and business objectives. You will prepare media materials, build media relationships, and assist in organizing media events and brand activations.

You will maintain media databases, monitor coverage, and provide regular insights and recommendations to improve visibility and messaging consistency across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of public relations and media initiatives that align with overall brand and business objectives
• Prepare public relations and media materials, including press releases or press kits, media invitations, and briefing documents
• Build and maintain relationships with media and key stakeholders to support brand visibility and collaborations
• Assist in organizing and executing media events, press launches, and brand activations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date media databases, coverage trackers, and PR reports
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports, including insights and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure alignment in messaging
• Ensure all communications adhere to established brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines
• Support coordination with above-the-line vendors/suppliers including but not limited to OOH, TV, Radio, etc.
• Provide support in crisis communication planning and execution, as required
